The Bleu Monkey Grill has a
large selection of appetizers including Mac & Cheese Balls,
Tamale Cakes, and Salmon Ties. If you can't make your mind
up you can pick any four of their appetizers for $12.95.
My favorite entree is the Bleu Monkey Shrimp. It has a
spicy Jamaican flavor and it comes with black beans and
plantains. A place named Bleu Monkey Grill has to get
bananas in the menu somewhere! Another favorite is their
Napa Chicken and where else in Hot Springs can you get a Cuban
sandwich? The Bleu Monkey Grill has plenty of great
choices on their menu. The best thing to follow them all
up with is of course Banana Fosters!
