The Belle Arti Restaurant in downtown Hot Springs has good traditional Italian food in a business casual or nicer atmosphere.  The calamari fritti (fried squid) was good as was everything else I've tried here including the home-made pastas.  While the prices are not budget, they are reasonable for this restaurant.
