Cafe Santa Clare is a Southwestern Mexican restaurant down Whittington Avenue not far from the fountain in downtown Hot Springs. It is located in a remodeled house which gives this restaurant some charm.  This small place is a little pricey but the food is made by the chef when you order.  Everything that I have had there has been good.  I recommend the Scrumptious.  The salsa and white cheese did are a favorite.  I also recommend giving them a call before you go to make sure they are open.  Don't let the outside fool you.  Everything at Cafe Santa Clare is high quality just as you would expect in a more upscale restaurant.
